The purpose of this role is to support the Compliance Team in the onboarding of customers, ensuring we remain compliant to relevant legislation as per our agreed processes and procedures
Role Responsibilities:
- Support with the administration of the central onboarding processes to ensure that all customers are onboarded in a timely but compliant manner.
- Carry out the necessary ID, Right to Work (RTW) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for our customers, ensuring that any concerns with results received are escalated appropriately.
- Process Contract documents for our customers, ensuring that the correct steps are followed depending on the document received.
- Liaise with other departments and customers (including agencies, contractors and clients) to ensure the efficient and compliant processing of our customer’s onboarding.
Qualification and Experience:
- Good communications skills both written and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ownership of your own development, ensuring that your knowledge is in line with current legislations with the successful completion of an agreed Apprenticeship program.
