APPRENTICESHIP WAGE

JOB OPPORTUNITY- Business Admin apprenticeship We are currently seeking a detail orientated Business Admin apprentice to join our office team at Baxter Life Care! The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

Key responsibilities

Administrative support- Providing general administrative support such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Data entry- inputting data into databases and maintaining accurate records.
Learning and Development- actively participating in training programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge in Business admin and the care sector
Maintaining records- keeping accurate records of client information, care plans and service delivery
Compliance and Regulation- ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies.
Quality assurance- conducting audits to ensure we are compliant with CQC regulations

Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft software (excel, word)
A fast learner with a can- do attitude
Communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to prioritise workload
