The Associate Project Manager Apprentice will work as part of a team to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective project management solutions that meet the needs of individuals and teams across the organisation. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in project management practices while working towards a Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship

Role Requirements & Responsibilities
Areas of expertise and responsibility will include:
- Support the coordination and delivery of project plans and events
- Assist with project needs analysis and gathering feedback from stakeholders
- Help design and develop project content using appropriate tools and technologies
- Maintain project records, track progress, and evaluate project effectiveness
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, project providers, and team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating project feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery
- Ensure that project solutions align with business goals and performance requirements
- Participate in projects that support wider organisational initiatives
Academic eligibility and requirements
The Associate Project Manager must commit to the following academic responsibilities over the 24 month programme plus EPA.
- Apprentices are required to attend classes one full day per week online with ITP.
- Complete a structured curriculum of theoretical and practical modules.
- All required exams, projects, and continuous assessments must be successfully completed.
- Submit reflective journals/ work-based projects to the learning institution provider that demonstrate the application of their learning as required.
- Applicants should have valid documentation and reside in the UK
- Regular attendance and active participation in college sessions are mandatory

The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of a European language
- Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with project management platforms or content creation tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
Qualifications:
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a Level 4 Associate Project Manager
