Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating Phones: Get hands-on experience by helping assess customer queries related to phones and providing solutions that keep customers happy.
- Sales Skills: Grow your phone-based sales skills, engaging with customers, and offering them the best products to suit their needs.
- Customer Enquiries: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries, handling them with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure every customer feels valued.
- Email Management: Manage and respond to emails, making sure every query is answered quickly and efficiently.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with stakeholders across the company and beyond, learning the ins and outs of professional communication.
- Profit Margin Forecasting: Assist with forecasting profit margins and get a real look at the financial side of a business.
- Reports & Forecasting: Learn how to create and interpret reports to forecast trends, helping the business make smarter decisions.
- Business Operations: Discover how a small business runs, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy.
- Change Management: Learn how businesses adapt to change and how you can be part of that process in a fun and engaging way!
40 hours per week, 10am-6:30pm, 30mins unpaid lunch 1 day each month – college attendance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Friendly and confident phone manner, with a desire to help others.
- Basic math and Excel skills (don't worry, you’ll learn everything you need!).
- A passion for learning new things and adapting to different situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Team-player mentality with a knack for making things happen.
- Enthusiasm to develop a career in customer service, sales, and business operations.
We’re looking for a people-person, someone who is happy to work as a team or on their solo-projects. You’ve got to have some gumption, because the sales industry isn’t for the weak-hearted, but we’ll be with you every step of the way. Ignoring any qualifications and pieces of paper – you’ve got to want to be here, with passion and personality, I’m sure you’ll fit right in!
Maths and English GCSE’s at grade 4/C or above
Training & Development:
This role isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to learn and grow! You’ll be working towards a Level 3 Customer Service qualification, with plenty of on-the-job training and mentoring. Plus, you’ll gain insights into various aspects of business operations, from sales to forecasting, and get hands-on experience that will set you up for success in the future.
