Salary: £21,798.36

Role Type: Apprenticeship - Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Position:

Role Accountabilities:

Assist with the future for growth in this dynamic and varied operation.
Accepting incoming enquiries, generating quotes & paperwork, assisting the TFS (Trans-frontier-shipment) department and general office support.
Whilst maintaining computer systems and assisting the finance department in all aspects of office administration.
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email
Provide support to the Technical Assessors for enquiries using the price matrix or obtain prices from various outlets
Assist in generating quotes on Salesforce, ensuring attention to detail, and checking all prices and caveats are correct, leading to full training on the Salesforce system.
Send out credit applications to new customers before bookings are accepted
Liaise with Transport & Treatment Plant and inform customer to agree schedule dates for bookings
Ensure paperwork is processed and completed correctly to allow accurate and timely invoicing
To input data into CSG’s in-house computer databases (Salesforce) and other administrative computer systems
Provide support to the TFS (Trans-frontier-shipment) department assisting in paperwork, scheduling and customs
Respond to invoice queries by confirming job details with customer and inform finance department of credit requests
Liaise with operational staff for confirmation of details required for quoting & bookings
Provide administrative support on a wide range of general administration tasks as required
Ensure customer confidentiality within all tasks.
Liaise with the administration team to ensure cover is always provided, including periods of holidays and sickness for other office workers
Supporting the team with reception duties, including answering phones, transferring calls, and completing admin duties for any visitors

Requirements:

The Candidate:

Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level
Previous experience delivering a wide range of administration functions would be advantageous
Computer literate to include use of Microsoft office programmes
Competence and aptitude to work as part of team in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers
