Job Description

As an apprentice, reporting into the UK HR Manager, you will work closely with our experienced HR team to gain hands-on practical experience in providing a key administrative support function for all parts of the UK Business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in HR, within a Global company that offers endless opportunities and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining the UK HR employee databases
Inputting data into various platforms - pulling reports and analysing data
Following up and responding to queries internally and externally
Assisting in compiling data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity is maintained
Assisting colleagues with administrative support for assigned projects

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Enthusiasm to Learn: A genuine interest in business administration, with a willingness to learn and develop
Previous work experience : Desirable to have some administrative experience, but not essential if this can be demonstrated with higher education projects
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and handle queries effectively
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable
Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above). A-levels or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
