To identify the need for, create and implement systems, SOPs and policies Implement and manage monitoring systems HACCP - utilising outside agencies and other departments within the Trust to create a robust HACCP policy which can be utilised if the need arises in a court of law. Health and safety - responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant Health and Safety regulations, National and local policies on health and safety, risk assessments and COSHH. Attend Trust and external meetings as the catering representation Arrange and facilitate meetings Communications - establish two way communication either face to face, teams, telephone or email to notify other departments and areas of changes. Procurement - suppliers - responsible for the purchasing of all goods and services within the departments.
